How to Sell a Small Business to a Large Company
At least half of the room, their answer to my numerical question, how much, was no. What I saw in that moment was my internal experience and beliefs that there was more to this than just an economic transaction. The opportunity is you can have significant career growth for some of your team because now they get to play in this larger pool. Now on the other side, sometimes the culture is different. Sometimes it's different in good ways or bad ways. At least be clear about what it is and understand where your priorities are.
