Recovery Is a Way to Help the Body Adapt
Recovery is a way to help the body adapt. Recovery itself is not adaption. We don't know of any way to speed up yheur adaptive process. And so even though i've talked about having a plan, i'm now talking about how you've got to deviate from that plan because of the need to adapt. So i suppose i try to sneak toward the end and say we're doing a tono damage when we're training. This is what we're talking about when we're loading right? I want to pursto understand that all these other things are important, but this becomes one of the most important thing.
