How to Optimize Your Stress Response and Inflammatory Response

Take someone who has never given birth or hasn't given birth to three to five children. Someone who deals really well with psychological and emotional stress. Their stress response is maximally optimized. Now this person has adequate body fat but not too much, probably physically active,. Really sensitive to the leptin that they're making and making enough. For the same reasons, they're not making much insulin but they are as sensitive as they can be to that insulin. And because of the low inflammation and the everything across the board with stress and social relationships all being optimized, inflammation and stress are minimally antagonizing what thyroid hormone is there.
