Name Your Spirits

When offering classes on intuition and connecting with spirit guides, i invite my students to name their spirits as well. They all take to the idea immediately and come up with names for their spirits just as quickly as i did. I believe we all know deep down there is more to us than meets the eye, more than our families and our society have shaped us to be,. More than our fearful egos have allowed us to be. No one has been unable to recognize and name their spirit the moment they were asked to.
