China's Peace Plan for Ukraine

China has published the so-called peace plan, which is of course not even a peace plan, but maybe a framework for peace. It aims to reassure Chinese partners, including in Europe, that China is a reasonable country and that is not exactly on the same boat with Russia. I think that's important for China as it seeks to differentiate Europe, especially Western Europe, obviously France and Germany from the United States. Is it successful? I think maybe in some quarters, yes. Are we likely to see any movements on peace?"
