Did Parkley Prison Just Miss an Opportunity to Be Prepared?

Prisons are one of the top out risk areas for a covert outbreak. There's no ability to socially distance and people put in these prisons are much more likely to be vulnerable as well. We've known about this, like so many organizations, legal groups, human rights groups have been warning us from the very start. And we knew the risk, that nothing had really been done, and thats kind of led to this crisis now. I think it says a lot of how we view prisons in themselves, as places, partly for punishment, and also places you can just put people in and forget about. It raises very important questions about private sitation as well.
