We're looking at a different world, which is already now happening. Unless we do these things, we're cooked. We need broader recognition that it's smart to invest in risk reduction. The studies in the united states show that for every dollar we spend on risk production, we save about 11 dollars in damages. If we don't save a community, we see really cascading economic impacts that are not reflected in the economic modelling. I'll give you an example.
