Do You Have a System to Evaluate What You Can Do and Don't Do?
I think it's just a matter of them being such a small, small operation with just so few people. They don't actually have a a system and place for accurately evaluating what i can do and don't ind can't do. I feel like it's t one of those things, though, you'd work this out if you're working in a team,. And when you run into trouble, communicate with the team and let us know where you're running into trouble. You would imagine they'd get a pretty good picture of what you can handle and what you can't handle - especially if your work is being checked. Bu e, yes. Annoying.
