I was talking to Dr. Dom Dagastino once on the podcast and he said that when he was eating the most protein, his hair started getting really great. So it really is like aging you more, you know? And then I started like sort of recalibrating my protein a little bit because for so long, I was doing like the highest percentage I could get at. But I don't think diet has really much of a role with that. A lot of male pattern alopecia balding and gray of hair is super, super genetic. You can do anything in the world with your diet and not influence it at all.
