Now do I use it every every case? No for fascia plane blocks I don't think there's a real use case there even for some of the peripheral nerve blocks I won't use it but for the high risk ones I think inner scallion is a great case  and I think popliteal sciatic is a great cases to use injection pressure monitoring.
