Are We Doing Good Science in This Kind of Planning?
Rigt: Is it unethical to design a study that is not able to test the hypothesis at hand? Rigt: We may be going into a study so underpowered as to fail to find things of critical importance. If we're going into aStudy without having done this thought, then ultimately there are consequences for these kinds of things that undermine the science and possibly undermine the contribution to the broader public.
