How to Get Your First Customer

Cleaning company is 80% residential and 20% commercial window cleaning. How do you get your first customer? Knock it on doors. That's still my favourite strategy. If you knock on 10 doors, you get 300 quid a year lifetime value. It's been in 25 pound a month, aren't they? Is it roughly monthly? Yeah, of course we are, yeah. So there's 300Quid a year. But I'm sure, if you just employed someone, to knock on doors all day, every day, they will pay for themselves just time and time again. We hired a company to do it for us. Nice.
