The Importance of Plenary Indulgence
In 1966, Paul the Six overhauled the indulgent system. He got rid of all of the days stuff. It was actually a very good and biblically sound system but it did lead to a lot of confusion. And that's why Paul the Six took us now to simply plenary indulgence and partial indulgence.
