The EO in Executive Order Is Expected

There has been mounting pressure, I'd say, for the past year or so. It's really intensified in the past few months on the part of Washington lawmakers to crack down on investors here in the U.S. that are backing Chinese startups. We don't have anything from Lightspeed and Kotsu and some of the other U.S.-based investors who've also made big bets there.
