i'm one of those people, right that i have no idea what happened in these years between the civil war and world war on. And so these last couple volumes have been very enlightening, which has been great. But i'm honestly surprised at how quickly went from one to the other. Ik, just jumped right in between the spanish american war and the philiine an the philippines. Lik baffles me. I did a throw a bone to the open door policy.
