Are You Focusing on People That You Can Bring to Your Firm?

I want people to feel really inspired and energized. I want people to come to work and feel like the strengths they bring are leveraged and celebrated. And i just feel like when people feel supported in that wayn they're motivated, they're inspired, they have ideas, they're innovative. That's what i'm trying to impact or influence. If we started focusing on this, i'm just going to act like i'm part of your executive team here, right? It would move us into kind of a realm where innovation or new opportunities for growth would happen more quickly. The energy is very powerful, both for the firm, but also for the world.
