The Rule of Thirds for Strength and Conditioning

I like to distinguish how I define these first off. To me, volume is just sets times reps for workload is sets times reps times weight. It means one thing in the strength and conditioning world and something else in the bodybuilding world. When you're dealing with certain the gluten movements that you're talking about, some of them are going to have to be heavier. The more mind muscle type contraction type thing, usually those movements aren't created equal or they're usually not the same.
