You've got to have a good plot and good, strong characters. And all your kind of er complimentary characters have also got to be fully rounded and fully formed. We might not hear it in this book, but we know he has a story. He can't just be there as a plot device. You've got to really believe in what you're saying. And if you really believe that, then it will find its way in there. But you need a strong story as well. You need a book. I mean, there are some books that i read that are beautiful, and they have beautiful messages and beautiful things, but nothing really happens. What happened? Nothing happened. Erm
