Turkey's Refinancing Challenges

The companies that are most exposed to refinancing risk are the ones towards the bottom end of the rating scale, as you would probably expect. So what we've seen is it's so far only being provided to a handful of developers and those tend to be those on the sort of higher end of the ratings scale. But fundamentally, I think we kind of not expecting any significant changes or easing in government policy for the time being.
