The Conversation in a Startup?
I spent 50% of my time having random conversations, then 20, 30% in long meetings. In startups, there's like no time wasting policy, right? Everybody moves fast and conversations are kept at the minimal. When you have your own schedule as a freelancer, it's pretty hard. I personally had to use structures, had to put everything in the calendar. It was really hard for me to keep myself organized if there wasn't this daytime job kind of structure that was organizing.
