The third element of self compassion is being kind to yourself. You acknowledge others have challe s too, though they may or may not be the same as yours. The more you judge yourself for having these feelings, rather than accepting em, the bigger they will get. When you can practise self compassion, you accept the reality that things will go wrong and won't always turn out the way you want.
