What's the Future of Nuclear?
The inflation reduction act offers up a production tax credit for the nuclear power plants that kicks in if the market rates for electricity are very, very low. So i think that those odoly nuclear reactors will now operate into black because of the higher natural gas prices which theyare competing and so there's some hypothesis that tis going to be very, very little production tax credit available to the nuclear power industry. In the longer term, what percentage of overall energy do you think nuclear really will end up occupying? I don't think as is very, very helpful for utility planterswo go ahead and understand how nuclear may fit into their particular generation portfolio.
