The Impact of Air Pollution on Australians' Health

Air pollution is important because it has a terrible effect on people's health. The two pollutants that are the worst offenders are particulate matter and nitrogen dioxide. Air pollution causes emphysema, chronic bronchitis, chronic asthma, pneumonia, lung cancer. A low-emission zone would ban trucks manufactured before 2003 from the capital city area.
