The Importance of Mirror Neurons in Learning

Mirror neurons are found in monkeys. They give us perhaps an anticipation at a very early stage of processing of what another person is up to. If that's right then we might have crossed the barrier between self and other, always notoriously so difficult for philosophers to understand. So they might have something to do with empathy. Yes, I think if you imagine seeing someone else smile, this will trigger the mirror neurons that you would have active where you smiling. Almost as if nothing human is foreign to me.
