The EU's Decision to Merge Microsoft's City Skylines

EU blocked merger of Microsoft and Activision Blizzard over concerns about cloud gaming market. As a compromise, Microsoft offered 10-year licenses to consumers in the European economic area that would allow them to stream any Activision Blizzard PC games they own using any streaming service. City Skylines is a city-building simulation game, but it's not your regular city. Now you can play it for free from May 18th to 22nd.
