The Best Advice for No Sleep
Meditation is a great way to get some sleep, says the author. Make yourself very tired physically every day by meditating all day and then at night don't stress about sleep. Try it. You know, lay down, try to sleep for a while. If it doesn't work, just get up and read a book or do something else. And eventually, you know, she hopefully can get back to some natural sleep.
