I Feel Both That and Hard-Handed Practicality
In the 19th century there were various utopian communities set up so-called intentional communities in the north. The idea was that we'll set up this community and everybody will see how great it is not to have private property. But as you might imagine, none of these communities lasted even two years. You don't have to imagine a utopia. It can happen on its own if we just sort of expand the marketplace.
