Is There a Hybrid Approach or a Neural Network Based Approach?

There are model based reinforcement learning techniques that people are working with. The trick is how you get those things to play together, because you have on one hand this neural network based approach where you're training neural networks. And so there are people working in that space and I think that's really interesting.
