Adam Sobel: Europe was a preeminent laboratory for explicitly dealing with the problems of the poly crisis. The European project is that and this sort of poly crisis world we've been talking about, he says. To what extent is it suited to provide solutions to the dilemmas that we've been facing? Or has it been kind of superseded? Is it a now of a redundant technology or one that needs to be completely rethought around the poly crisis?
