The one laptop per child initiative from the 2000s lacked a systems understanding of how it should be adopted. Designers often go quickly into solutionism and techno solutionism in particular, but what's the difference between an intervention and a solution? I try to avoid the term solution now because that Peter Sange quote is like, you know, it's going to cause problems in the future.
