Keith: I love that example because it brings to mind a previous podcast we did around the mindset shift of accountability. We were calling it accountability to supportability or protectability. And that's what she was looking for there. Like I'll commit, but I'm going to need your support and your protection as I do this. Keith: They had to trust each other enough to have the debate, to make the decision with commitment afterwards - all in interest of hit and shared results.
