i've often longed for the idea that a cultural norms, social norms andethos, would solve some of our problems. A part of changing incentives is changing metrics. I'm hard at work now, actually, on trying to build a set of metrics around this. The way troll demand controls everything is not through monopolistic power but by creating the best user experience. And so we need to talk about the cost of doing business in today's digital world.
