The horsemanship ability determines whether an animal has low average or high hip points for its type is the actual mechanic that goes on so i mean yeah that's kind of cool but i think it's much more for like the flavor sort of thing. You're basically limited to what your saddle bags can actually hold as far as carrying loot on your horses right? So always this is a key thing in case you are going to go adventuring with your horses that the maximum load for those horses um that's like all told right that's a body and then it doesn't slows down.
