How to Choose Your Own Thoughts

The average person has 60,000 thoughts a day. I would say double that or triple that for you and the rest of this audience. What's going on in our heads? We're like 120 to 200,000, right? But now I'm going to bring this back to what I would coach them is they have to remove themselves from whatever they're doing and then do something that fully engages their mind, body and spirit. That's the rejuvenation. You're not will be able to have the thoughts because they're fully engaged singular.
