Can I Run Locally and Then Switch to Scalable?
A lot of modern computers don't have the ability to run locally and then switch to running at scale. So i'm thinking right now of cube flow and and e. There's a lot of these solutions for running in the cloud. But if you write for them and you find a bug and you want to reproduce that bug locally, you're stuck. You can't really do that.
