Water Map to a Water Map
The term ha re is generally associated with martial arts, but I am not in the martial arts at all. But it's something that to me makes sense because you've got this shoe level, which is a pure learner. And we teach them by rote or whatever you want to call it, they have to learn the rules about how this works. The real level that everybody should be striving for is the re level where we just know what we need to do and can apply them independently on our own. That's about as good as it gets as a software developer according to my estimation.
