The Importance of Due Diligence
The way in which an acquirer applies their logic and process to the acquirer is something to look out for. And I suppose there's a correlation with, and the born group is a good example who are owned by Tech Mahindra,. The bigger the company at the back end, the more stringent and corporate that process is going to be. So our expectations were a bit out of line. But if you were working, joining a smaller group or a smaller acquirer that wasn't public or didn't have those type pressures, I think it could be a lot easier.
