Symptoms of a Plural Effluent
The patient had abdominal as a symplom that didn't quite fit into the typical illnes script of a respiratory process. The lack of comorbidties and this person's young age suggested this is more likely an acute process and probably an infection. In folks with disnea without hypoxemia, that really points us towards a plural effusion.
