How to Deliver CPD in Training

I'm lucky I'm very blessed people ask me to deliver CPD in training and more and more the sessions that I deliver look more and more like my lessons. The majority of teachers want to do a better job, but humans are naturally predisposed to think we're already doing a good job so they aren't good at taking feedback that says you can do better.
