I think a lot of people don't, a don't seem to understand that thust kind of, the geo political nature eastern europe is such that it's essentially a place of intersection of very powerful forces. We've belonged to pretty much anyone who was competing in the area at one point. Transylvania belonged to the austro hungarian empire, very powerful colonist empire. And the uk. has to look at itself, whatever happened in its relationsit the united states. The way in which davis has managed its relations with other countries. I think a lot of people don't, a don't seem to understand that thust kind of, the geo political nature eastern europe is such that it's essentially a kind of, kind of a place of intersection of very powerful forces. And that the idea of a protectorate, of being, you know, you know, vassal protectorate. Call it what you ma, but you have to kind of belong to someone in this, you know, intersection ofof vast empires. And like you said, you know, we've belonged to pretty much anyone who was competing in the area at one point. Transylvania belonged to the austro hungarian empire, very powerful colonist empire. We cannat have to, you know, be grateful to a lot of it, because a lot of our administration, a lot of the beautiful buildings that we now use for tourismo, a lot of the good things that exist here are a result of this colonialism, ore essentially imperial moves that happen in the area. Soa, yet, it's just a, it's just not translatable into british politics or american politics, just not the same type of the nature of it. So the idea that, you know, a country like yu crane is ever going to be a, you know, a country like the u. Sijs tes an impossibility to it that people just can't grasp

a i guessedi there would be. There would be a ways to to ponder and acknowledge similarities. But only if we were to look at, lets, the relations, the relations between the us. And the uk. After 19 forty five, with the fall of the british empire, ad maturaly, entirely unfamiliar to either british or americans. Britain has to look at itself, whatever happened in its relationsit the united states. And the united states would have to look at themselves in relations to other countries, in relation to other countries, bhat what what they are to other countries. The way in which davis has managed its relations with other countries. I'sn enormous power with enormous potential for good or bad, acting

on its neighbors.
