What Is a Concierge?
A concierge is not always responsible for repairs and maintenance. Maybe in your tenancy agreement you are, so read the agreement carefully. Read the small print on the contract. Make an inventory of everything that is in the property when you move in. If something goes missing, if something breaks, they can claim from you.
