i would imagine a lot of local businesses don't last very long tat assessment. We assume that everybody knows who we are, especially if you've been around for a long time. Another one is assuming that everybody knows that something is a standard in your industry. When i'm shopping on line, i all of a sudden pick somebody else because they look like they're adding so much more value than you are.
