Renting a Home or a Landlord?

All depends if you're thinking of the perspective of the landlord or the tenant and also what type of landlord so imagine homes as a en masse home buying entity versus someone like me who i live in london. Having a machine in the middle that does all of that assessment and trust building just wouldn't be right for me. However, i do think automation could come in it's actually in the logistics of actually securing that home agreeing your contracts - very messy process is very admin heavy"
