Sumea: I see engineers also in your title, which makes me think discord or any other kind of chat. Well, my company, Identity and IT Security Solutions Corporation is in the security business. We definitely have our own tools that we use for incident management, case management for customers. Sumea: What my team uses internally to communicate is private channels on AWS, SQS, SimpleQ system. And that's how we communicate internally. That sounds like something that a product manager and an engineer would dream up as their own secure way of doing things because you were for a security company.
