Land Hoarding in Spain

The This Podcast has been agitating, talking about encouraging the state to address this issue of land hoarding. If you leave properties derelict, then it hits a point where it's too expensive. And if our state backs down under pressure from major developers and it doesn't implement this tax, you can kiss goodbye to ever solving the housing problem. There's absolutely no doubt that this country will shift to a radical left or radical right solution because the people who need to benefit, which are the younger people, can't find houses. We are captured by a land lobby and the land lobby is everywhere.
