I feel like the entire checkout process, you have to earn every single click. The names of your shipping rules or your shipping methods in the back end of Shopify or whatever you use is such an easy opportunity. Just getting a little like little smirk out of somebody is going to earn you that next click. If you can appear like you're a smaller business and make it really human, I think you'll do a better job converting customers than if you're using corporate lingo.
