Not All Actionable Email Really Requires Action

When i was a teacher, the name of the game was try to figure out which of these things will cause me problems. And everything else that is actionable now becomes actionable with a bunch of airquotes around it. A lot of it just people think they need it to be actioned by you more than you need to action. I have found, like gray has found, that you can kind of let some stuff go and it will just disappear. It always feels like there is more on the line than there is a lot of the time.
