When you leave Costco, what do you put your groceries in? Do you put them into bags? Are there Costco plastic bags? No, you do not. You use the boxes in which the goods arrived at the store. The Why is that? It's because somebody at Costco ran the numbers and they're like, it would cost $50 million a year to have plastic bags. They're just like... Get rid of the stuff. This is great. And the boxes give off the set of your frugality. So it doubles down on the entire image of Costco. I think that box is the greatest single business decision. But anyways, Matt, that's a nice example.
