In my work on evolutiono morality, i think far younow sympathy is fairly straightforward. I mean, i just just help you. But fairness is really complicated. Because it's uniquely human, but therived from culture. And that othr other creatures don't have this extra motivational sense of obligation. We just do it because we want to ynow, we feel compassion. So issues of fairness are quite complicated and only emerged with humans.
