The Unintelligent Design of the Solar System

It would be nice to think that this was a step on the road to Darwinism, but I don't think it was. Unlike many of the other philosophers that we do read, we have to give Chopin Hour credit for at least being moderately on top of the science of his day. He's not just talking about the savage. We're learning about intellectual history.
